Finding your professional

Collection & Quotation

Delivered right back to your door

Check the areas we cover to see if we have an ironing specialists in your immediate vicinity. Detail your requirements and then we will connect you with a local provider. Contact details are handed over to the individual ironing provider at this point and they will arrange collection with you personally and discuss any further questions you have.

Arrange collection at your convenince directly with the specialist. Lead times and pricing are determined by the weight of your ironing and will be reviewed by your local professional on arrival (approx. standard charge £7/kg).

Hassle free return of your freshly ironed items delivered right back to your doorstep at your convenience. Payment will be arranged and collected at this stage - most providers are happy to be paid either in cash or through online banking.

Free delivery within 3 miles of the ironing provider

Additional delivery fees may apply outside this area (individual providers may charge different rates)

Hangers

To keep costs down supply your own hangers, or additional fees apply:

• Wire hangers 20p-30p each

• Velvet-covered hangers 35p

• Trouser / skirt metal hanger 50p

For large shirt only ironing enquiries these will be charged at £2 per item.

Complicated / frilly items may also incur extra charge if they are time consuming (determined by the individual providers)

All items must be washed and clean before collection

Excessive dog or cat hair removal may incur an additional £2.50 per kilo charge

Extra time-consuming or heavily detailed items may slightly increase pricing

Your ironing is weighed on your doorstep before collection

Payment via cash or payment link

Reusable zipped laundry bags available for £1.50 - Reusable and ideal for transport and weighing

You are welcome to use your own bags if preferred
